Important Conditions for Complete Admission
- O-Level Results: Five credits or more in the relevant courses (Math and English, for example) that correspond to your program of study of choice.
- JAMB minimum scores:
- Architecture: 180
- College of Medicine: 230
- Faculty of Law: 220
- Other Faculties: 160
- Candidates who changed their minds and didn’t choose GOUNI initially should submit a Change of Institution request.
- The procedure is over when the JAMB Admission Letter is obtained.
Modes of Admission
- UTME: Candidates should have the appropriate JAMB score.
- Direct Entry: Current JAMB Direct Entry form is required.
- JUPEB: Must have a solid O’Level result.
- Postgraduate Programmes: Applicants must possess a first degree.
Admissions Process
- Apply Online: Three business days after submitting your form, you will receive an email verifying the progress of your application. Make sure the email address you supply is up to date.
- Investigate Program Options: Submit an application to any program offered by the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Environmental Studies, the College of Medicine, the Faculty of Arts, the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Law, or the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences.
Guidelines for Fee Payment
Once you get your admissions offer, pay your costs online according to the instructions provided (see the attached Fee Structure) for the Acceptance Fee, Tuition, ICT fees, and other expenses.
Note: Before making any payments, prospective students in the law school and the College of Medicine must pass their screening exam.

On Monday, May 10, 2024, the admissions portal for the 2024–2025 term opens. Go to the GOUNI Admission Portal to obtain an application.
