Hilary Owamah, has Been Appointed as DVC at DELSU.

The Senate of Delta State University, Abraka, appointed Professor Hilary Ijeoma Owamah, the university’s youngest professor, first and only professor of civil engineering, and current director of academic planning, as Deputy Vice/Chancellor (Academic) after he was nominated by V-C Professor Samuel Asagba at the special senate meeting on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. He will start his new position on March 11, 2025, after Prof. Ochuko Anomohanran’s term ends.
