How to tell you have stopped growing taller

How to increase your growth?..how to increase your height?..how to grow taller?...when do you stop growing..

If you want to know if you have stopped growing taller or if a part of your body(such as your breast, hair, grow etc ) has stopped growth, you will get answers here.

Some of us start off short and then get a burst of growth where we end up taller than everyone we know.

Others of us, start off tall but then sort of not get any taller.

Once we reach about the age of 20, most of us consider ourselves all grown up, and at this point, it can be frustrating if we didn’t reach the kind of height we were hoping for.

How to increase your growth?..how to increase your height?..how can i grow taller?...when do you stop growing..

So the question is can you continue growing past the age of 21.

Many people claim that you can’t grow anymore above the age of 20, while some say that we can continue to grow past the age of 21 spanning all the way to 27.

The truth is actually more complicated. There is no set age where we all stop growing. Instead, we stop growing at the age that our growth plate closes.

Growth plates are the areas of new bone growth in children and teens. They’re made up of cartilage, a rubbery, flexible material (the nose, for instance, is made of cartilage).

Most growth plates are near the ends of long bones.

These changes from individual to individual are presumably determined genetically.

Growth plates are the bones in your joint which facilitate growth and are located in your wrists and knees. etc

When we sleep, our body produces hormones that help in growing but it is through our growth plates that this occurs.

Run all chemical analysis and food testing

When they close, which usually occurs at age of 21, it means we no longer use the growth hormone in that way.

So if you are in your twenties and you are not happy with your height it does not necessarily mean that you should give up as there will still be a chance that your growth plates haven’t closed.

Only an x-ray can tell of a closed growth plate, it is advisable to eat healthily and sleep appropriately to facilitate good growth.
