ITF-NECA Automotive Training: Submit an application for the Free Tuition Program at PAN Learning Center

A specialized curriculum designed to empower young Nigerians is the Automotive Technological Skills Acquisition Training program offered by PAN Learning Center. The centre offers four months of intensive training in a variety of automotive sectors in partnership with the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) and the Industrial Training Fund (ITF).

Program Synopsis

In 1978, the PAN Learning Center was founded as a division of a global organization dedicated to skill development. It is now a completely nationalized company and a division of PAN Nigeria Limited, one of the nation’s top automakers. The goal of the training facility is to produce middle-level technicians with the know-how required to satisfy the demands of the Nigerian automotive sector.

With the help of this training program, you will gain vital skills in automotive technology and trades, preparing you to take on any difficulties facing the sector.

Program’s Location and Length

  • Location: Kaduna
  • Duration: 4 months

Program Goals

  • Technical Skill Development: You will receive training and empowerment in the aforementioned domains, equipping you with the necessary abilities to maintain current cars.
  • Solving problems: You’ll acquire the useful skills necessary to identify and resolve technical problems in a work environment.

What to Anticipate

  • Non-residential: During the program, candidates are in charge of finding housing.
  • Free of tuition: You will not be charged for instruction, and you will get a monthly allowance for transportation.

Qualifiability Standards

  • Age range: 18 to 35
  • Requirements: The certificates should not be issued before 2015. If a candidate possesses one of the following, they may apply:
    • National Technical Certification for trades related to cars
    • Certification from London City & Guilds in a relevant sector
    • Certificate of Federal Craft
    • a certificate program in automotive engineering from an authorized school
    • Experience as a roadside apprentice

Admission Test

An invitation to take the admission exam will be sent to the shortlisted candidates. You need to bring:

  • Original certificate of birth
  • Genuine diplomas from educational institutions
  • International Passport, National ID, or Voter’s Card
