Javon Graham of Mattapan, Massachusetts, earned an Associate’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering Technology from the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology BFIT, marking a significant academic accomplishment.
The RoxMAPP dual enrolment program, which provides kids in grades 10–12 with early college access, free college courses, and resources like textbooks and career coaching, has allowed him to become one of the first Boston Public School students to acquire a college degree before graduating from high school.

With tenacity and brilliance, Javon pursued college-level education that matched his interests in engineering and healthcare. His efforts were rewarded when he was admitted to the Foundation Year program at Northeastern University, where he is now enrolled in the Bouvé College of Health Sciences to study pharmacy.
In his reflections on his journey, Javon commended Madison Park High School for broadening his perspective on what is possible and underlined the need of establishing lofty objectives. He was appreciative of the chance to start college early as it provided him with a strong basis for his future in the medical field.
