When Rita, a Nigerian woman, found out she was the sole admitted student in her university studying statistics, she sobbed uncontrollably.
She gave a look into her life as the lone student delivering the course in the entire school in a video that she posted on social media.
She and her lecturer were the only people in the hallway when the video was posted, showing her sitting in a lecture hall.
The Dennis Osadebay University 300 Level said she didn’t appreciate being the lone student and that her workload was too heavy when sharing the video.
According to her:
POV: In the entire university, you are the only student taking your course. It’s not really necessary for me to say much more; I would be graduating alone, making more films, and my schoolmates are here on TikTok. I’m a 300 level student.
The workload is heavy, and if I forget what I’ve learned, I have to meet with my lecturers again to get ready since, in the days leading up to exams, I can’t bother them to go over things again; instead, I have to force my little brain to remember.
“I cried at first when I was told I would be the only one. The lecturers in the lecture hall tried to comfort me by saying it wasn’t that hard, but they were lying.”
