LASU Notification of Document for Certificate Collection in 2025.

Documents Needed for Graduates to Pick Up Their Certificates at the 28th Convocation Ceremony Full Time, Odlri, and Sandwich (OJO CAMPUS)

Graduates of Lagos State University’s Full-Time Program, Open and Distance Learning and Research Institute (ODLRI), and Sandwich Degree (Ojo Campus) are hereby informed of the paperwork needed to pick up their degrees at the university’s 28th Convocation, which is set for April 3–10, 2025. The following are the documents:

1. THE FIRST NOTICE OF THE OUTCOME (OR PAYMENT RECEIPT)
2. A properly filled-out online graduation form for students
3. RECEIPT OF #53,500 PAYMENT FOR THE CONVOCATION PACKAGE AND CERTIFICATE
4. RECENT PROFILE IN ACADEMIC
5. RECEIPT FOR ALUMNI PAYMENT #1000
6. FACULTY CLEARANCE TO DEMOTE ACADEMIC GOWN AND CAP RETURN OR NON COLLECTION
7. A VALID IDENTIFICATION MEANS (INTERNATONAL PASSPORT, LASSRA, Driver’s License, or Ninth)

REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATES FROM ABEOKUTA, ILESA, AND OYO CAMPUSES TO COLLECT CERTIFICATE

Graduates from the campuses listed above must bring the following paperwork:

1. THE ORIGINAL RESULTS NOTICE (OR PAYMENT RECEIPT)
2. A properly signed letter of clearance from the affiliated organisation
3. VERIFICATION OF ONLINE CLEARANCE PAYMENT
4. RECEIPT OF #53,500 PAYMENT FOR THE CONVOCATION PACKAGE AND CERTIFICATE
5. RECENT PROFILE IN ACADEMIC
6. RECEIPT FOR ALUMNI PAYMENT #1000
7. SANDWICH DEGREE CLEARANCE DIRECTORATE TO VERIFY ACADEMIC GOWN AND CAP COLLECTION OR NON-COLLECTION
8. APPROPRIATE IDENTIFICATION MEANS (INTERNATONAL PASSPORT, LASSRA, Driver’s License, or NIN)
