Meet The First Professor of Aviation Law in Nigeria.

In 2008, he was hired as a lecturer in the University of Ilorin’s Faculty of Law’s Department of Business Law. The International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) awarded Professor Mustapha his doctorate in 2014.

He is a well-known authority in the fields of business law and aviation law, having authored multiple works in both domestic and foreign journals.

Professor Mustapha is a member of both the Muslim Lawyers Association of Nigeria and the Nigerian Bar Association. He has worked for the Nigerian Council of Legal Education as an External Examiner.

Business law and aviation law are his main areas of interest.

After beginning as an assistant lecturer on February 23, 2008, Professor Mustapha rose through the ranks to become a professor at the University of Ilorin. At the moment, he is the head of the University of Ilorin’s Faculty of Law’s Department of Business Law.
