Opportunities for Graduate Trainees
Graduate Trainee in Procurement:
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in mechanical, electrical, or similar engineering.
- Lower second-class minimum grade.
- Two to three years of comparable work experience.
- The ability to relocate to Ilorin, Kaduna, or Kano as needed.
Graduate Trainee in L&D and Human Resources
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or industrial relations and personnel management from an accredited university.
- Lower second-class minimum grade.
- 0–2 years of human resources work experience.
Trainee Graduate in Finance
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from an accredited university.
- Lower second-class minimum grade.
- Two to three years of comparable work experience.
Crucial Knowledge and Experience
To be effective in these roles, you need to:
- Has fulfilled the requirements of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Excellent written and vocal communication abilities should be displayed.
- Show vigor, agility, and vitality in the way you approach your work.
- Have a great sense of collaboration and teamwork.
- Demonstrate your ability to think creatively, critically, and solve problems.
- Be open to learning, flexible in unexpected circumstances, and growth-oriented.
- Be willing to work remotely and in different parts of Nigeria.
