The timetable for the collection of the final notification of results for the graduating HND students of the 2022/2023 academic session has been released by Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree. The institution has established specific dates for each faculty to ensure a structured and efficient process.
Faculty Schedule for HND Final Results Collection Notification:
This email is to notify all HND II students who are preparing to depart during the 2022/2023 academic session that their Notification of Result is now available for collection in the following order:
- Faculty of Engineering – Monday, May 27th and Tuesday, May 28th, 2024
- Faculty of Science – Wednesday, May 29th and Thursday, May 30th, 2024
- Faculty of Financial Studies – Friday, May 31, and Monday, June 3, 2024
- June 4th, Wednesday, June 5th, and Thursday, June 6th, 2024: Faculty of ICT
- Faculty of Management Studies – Friday, June 7, and Monday, June 10, 2024
Results Collection Guidelines:
All students must strictly follow this arrangement; excuses won’t be accepted:
Note: The following are the requirements for the accumulation of the Notification of Result:
- HND Certificate Receipt
- ND Certificate
- Verification of Result (VOR) Receipt
- Course Registration Form
- O-level certificate
Graduating students must follow these guidelines during result collection
- Please ensure that you arrive at the designated venue within the specified time frame (9:00 am to 4:00 pm) on the scheduled date of your faculty.
- Be sure to bring all necessary documents, including your identity card, in both original and photocopied form.
- Two recent passport photographs that are legible.
- Maintain a respectful and orderly demeanour throughout the exercise to guarantee a seamless experience.
- Please refrain from attempting to obtain your results through a proxy.
