The second round of admission for the 2023–2024 session of Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology (OYSCATECH), Igboora Higher National Diploma, or HND, has been released.
Interested parties are encouraged to apply as long as they have formally registered for JAMB’s National Diploma (ND) program.

Higher National Diploma (HND) Entry Requirements
- Five (5) O’Level credit passes as required in National Diploma Programmes.
- A minimum of Lower Credit at the National Diploma Level.
- One (1) year post National Diploma cognate experience.
- NCE in Agricultural Science (Double Major) With at least a Merit Pass. NCE in Home Economics with a least a Merit Pass.
- Candidates with a PASS at the National Diploma level will require a minimum of two years of working experience.
- Candidates seeking admission into HND programs who graduated from other institutions are required to submit transcripts from institutions where they were awarded ND certificates.
- Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Six Thousand Naira (₦6, 000.00) only for the screening exercise and Two Thousand Naira (₦2, 000.00) portal access fee.
How To Apply For OYSCATECH HND Admission Form
- Higher National Diploma (HND) Applicants are to proceed to the admission website of the College http://www.oyscatech.edu.ng/ to make a non-refundable payment of Six Thousand Naira (₦6,000.00) only for online registration for the screening exercise using Inter-Switch Enabled Debit Card (ATM) and ₦2000 Portal Access Fees payable through the same process.
- Applicants are expected to carefully complete and submit the online application form and upload a digital copy of their passport photographs on a white background. Any applicant with a blurred picture on the post-UTME screening registration form will not be admitted into the screening center as the photograph will be used as a means of identification.
- Candidates should note that satisfaction of this requirement is mandatory. For ease of communication, applicants are to provide valid and active email addresses and phone numbers.
- Any applicant who fails to present himself/herself for the Screening Exercise as scheduled automatically forfeits being considered for admission.
WARNING
When it is discovered that an applicant has given fraudulent information to gain admission into any Polytechnic program, their admission will be revoked and they will face legal action from law enforcement.
Additionally, candidates are warned to BEWARE OF FRAUDSTERS because the Polytechnic will not be held responsible for any transactions made with unapproved parties.
It is expected of you that you have completed your coursework and comprehend the requirements of the department to which you are applying.
You must pay for all applications using the college payment system; do not give your payment to anybody else.
It costs nothing to enter OYSCATECH, and you are under no obligation to pay anyone anything in cash or kind.
APPLICATION TYPE HND
Application Screening: Applicants wishing to apply for an HND must have regularized their admissions to National Diploma (ND) programs from any accredited institution in the country. This type of application is for candidates who have completed the National Diploma (ND) program with the minimum credit in the required course(s) for the department of choice.
