General Conditions for Entrance
- Academic Requirements: Candidates must have earned a minimum of five (5) credit passes at the ‘O’ Level in pertinent subjects, such as English language and mathematics, in no more than two sittings.
- Undergraduate Degree Requirements: students must have a Bachelor’s degree in any area, with a minimum GPA of Second-Class Honours Lower Division. However, students with a Third-Class degree or Higher National Diploma (Lower credit) may also be qualified for postgraduate diploma programs.
- Additional Requirements: To get admitted, you must have an exemption letter or a NYSC release certificate.
Requirements for Specialized Admission to Doctorates in Sustainable Development
Advanced Academic Credential: To be eligible to enroll in this program, candidates must hold a master’s degree in one of the following fields: education, environmental science, humanities, social and management science, or science.
Program Length
Program for Master’s Degree:
- Full-time: Four semesters at the very least, up to six at most.
- Part-time: Six semesters minimum, eight semesters maximum.
Programs for Postgraduate Diplomas:
- A minimum of two semesters and a maximum of four semesters are required for a full-time diploma.
- Temporary Diploma: Four semesters minimum, six semesters maximum.
