University of Jos (UNIJOS) Admission List for 2024/2025 Academic Session

The University of Jos (UNIJOS) has officially released the Merit Admission List for various undergraduate programs for the 2024/2025 academic session. Candidates who applied for admission and participated in the University’s Post-UTME/DE screening are advised to check their admission status.

How to Check UNIJOS Admission Status

Option 1: Check Admission Status on JAMB Portal

To check your admission status on the JAMB CAPS Portal:

1. Visit JAMB e-Facility.
2. Log in with your JAMB profile username and password.
3. Scroll down and locate and click on the ‘Check Admission Status’ tab.
4. Click on Admission Status or Access my CAPS.
5. Switch to desktop mode by selecting the three-dotted lines (⋮) at the top right corner of your browser and ticking the ‘Desktop site’ box.
6. Click Check Admission Status to see your result:

• Case 1: CONGRATULATIONS — Accept or Reject the offer as directed.
• Case 2: Admission in Progress — Check back after some time for an update.
• Case 3: Not Admitted — You might still gain admission, so stay hopeful!

Option 2: Check Admission Status on UNIJOS Portal

1. Visit the University of Jos website: portal.unijos.edu.ng.
2. Log in to your profile and click on the CHECK ADMISSION link to reconfirm your admission status.
3. If your admission is successful, download and print your Admission Letter.

Once admitted, you should:

• Pay the acceptance fee.
• Upload your student details, including the Admission Letter.

Important Notes:

• If you are not on the Merit List, check your O’Level result upload on the JAMB portal. If it has not been uploaded, it might be the reason you are not included in the list.
• After uploading your results, check back on the UNIJOS portal to verify your admission status.
• If you have any questions, feel free to contact the University’s admission office.
