YABATECH Registration Procedure for Newly Admitted Candidates

Procedure for Registration in Steps

Step1: Access the Payment Portal

  • Go to the Payment Portal area of YABATECH’s official website to get started.

Step Two: Paying the Acceptance Fee

  • Using your JAMB number or YCT application number and last name, select the “Acceptance Fee” option and log in. After taking note of your Remita (RA) number, use it to make your payment at the bank or using a payment card.

Step 3: Validation of Payment

  • Validate your transaction when the payment has been completed by going back to the portal and clicking the “Payment validation” link. You can print your receipt after entering your Remita number to proceed.

Start E-Screening in Step Four

Once your acceptance fee has been paid, go to the E-Screening/Applicant site to start the admissions process. After logging in with your credentials, be ready to upload the required files, which are as follows:

  • Results of the “O” Level (SSCE/NABTEB/NECO) can be verified online.
  • Should it be accessible, your ‘O’ LEVEL RESULT CERTIFICATE (SSCE/NABTEB/NECO).
  • Testimony from a secondary school.
  • Only for HND candidates: ND result, proof of transcript payment, and completed Industrial Training Letter.
  • Printout of Acceptance Fee Receipt (Remita Receipt).
  • Two official reference letters from reputable sources.
  • A valid birth certificate from a recognized source.
  • Admission letter for ND students for the JAMB National Diploma (ND).

Step 5: Concluding Verification

  • Visit your screening officer at the admissions office with your clearance slip and any uploaded papers after your successful e-screening so they can recommend you for final verification and payment of your school fees.

Step 6: Create a number for matriculation

  • Create your matriculation number on the E-screening portal and go to the Student portal after paying your school fees.

Step 7: Finalize Your Registration for the Student Portal

To update your biodata, finish the semester registration, and print any necessary paperwork, log in using your matric number and last name.

Step 8: Place Your Files

  • The final step completes your registration procedure by having your files turned in to the office of your school officer.
